Heather Physioc leads the Discoverability capability at an enterprise global marketing agency, serving the online search needs of enterprise brands across verticals and around the globe. Heather is also an international search industry speaker and writer whose interdisciplinary work has earned her the title of Search Leader of the Year by the global Drum Awards.

Based in Kansas City, Heather is a graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia, with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism (Strategic Communication), and holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) from Rockhurst University. She was an adjunct professor of digital marketing at the Masters level at the University of Kansas.

Heather is also an accomplished photographer and journalist focused on conservation, nature, outdoor and environmental topics. She is an active member of the Outdoor Writers Association of America, and Excellence in Craft award winner.
