Educational Opportunities
- Kansas Destination Specialists Program sharpens skills needed to work in the travel industry.
TIAK Seminars
TIAK will offer educational seminars/workshops throughout the year at which participants may earn points. Upon earning 10 points participants will receive a certificate of achievement. Participants earning 25 points will receive a small plaque in recognition of their achievement. One point will be awarded for half-day events and two points will be awarded for full-day events. Seminars/workshops will deal with subjects, which will enhance member's professional and personal development. Topics will be rated "beginner" or "advanced."

Legislative Resources and Services
- Solid governmental relations services are provided through experienced and professional lobbyists.

- Representation on the Kansas Council on Travel and Tourism is assured. Input on state travel promotion efforts can be offered on your behalf.

Public Relations Services
- National Tourism Week promotion and year-round media relations efforts effectively communicate the true impact of the travel and tourism industry.
- TIAK Happenings, an e-mail communication resource, contains information relevant to the travel and tourism industry.
